Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, you may notify us by providing a written complaint that includes the following information:

Our Response to Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with applicable laws.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your federal district court.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless legal action is initiated.
