At JQXConcepts Signs and Wraps, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom vinyl decals, banners, and vehicle wraps. Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our decals, banners, and wraps, we do not accept returns on made-to-order or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds are only available for orders that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Custom designs approved by the customer before production cannot be refunded for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Refund Process

Once your return claim is approved:

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom orders. If you wish to order a different design or size, please place a new order and contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, production may have started, and cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us promptly so we can assist you.
